Q. How long does the account setup process take?

A: The process can take 24 to 48 Hours. We will provide you with full instructions on how to sign up and onboard your dealership's domain. From there, you’ll need to create custom content. Once we get your dealership snapshots & screenshots created, we will work with you directly to create, edit/delete or update, any dealership inventory, sales, or marketing content your dealership has to offer or sponsor on social media. On average this process takes 2 to 3 days.

Q: What is White Labeling?
 
A: Our white-label solution is a product or service you can rebrand and resell as your own. Our white-label products & services are typically developed by ProMotive and can be rebranded and sold as your own.
 
Q: Is the price included in my dealership’s plan?
 
A: No. It’s an additional charge on top of your dealership's monthly plan.
 
Q: I’m on the Dealer Pro Plan, do I get my own branding mobile app without extra cost?
 
A: No. We provide branded mobile applications with our Dealer Pro Plans.
 
If you’d like to have your own branding, please subscribe to the ProMotiveCar Pro Plan first, and then the WL Mobile App will be billed per your subscription preference (either monthly, quarterly, or annually).
 
Q: Can I customize the features for my Mobile App?
 
A: We can not customize the features at the moment. The White-label App will have exactly the same features as our ProMotiveCar App.
 
Q: What information do we need to provide to ProMotiveCar to get started?

A: We will provide you with full instructions once we receive your subscription, including how to sign up for ads accounts, what kind of custom content we need from you, and how to create the customized web application for your dealership. We will work with you directly until we publish the live version or your dealership's web applications.
